The display of product has become a significant part of the sales cycle for retailers. Visual merchandising requires creativity and aesthetic ability. Visual merchandisers work on tight schedules and are expected to conceptualise and implement consistently and quickly. Course contents include: window dressing, colour and retail theory, and the principles of visual merchandising and shop layout furniture display. We suggest pairing this course with a course on rendering and presentation (TEC018) to assist you in conveying three-dimensional design in a two-dimensional manner for your clients and various stakeholders.
